The Liberté Région Métropolitaine is a major urban area situated 50km north of Mount Zion and is 250km south of the Foxton Area. The LRM is known also known as les Monts-Franco, the Franctowns, and Zion's Armpit (vulgar). The region is known for its abnormally large French population (roughly 62% of Libertaires speak French).
The economy of the LRM is heavily reliant on Mount Zion for tourism. The region has been trying to receive approval for an international airport since 1949-- to no avail.
